Salon Client Agreement By booking an appointment at The Hair Perfectionist, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies regarding cancellations and no-shows: 1. Card on File Requirement • A valid credit or debit card must be placed on file at the time of booking. • This card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be used in accordance with the policies below. 2. Late Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). 3. No-Show Policy • Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will result in a charge equal to 80% of the scheduled service(s). 4. Automatic Charges • Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. • By booking, you authorize The Hair Perfectionist, LLC to process these charges as outlined. 5. Acknowledgment • By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
